Phoenix Official League 14 現正公開接受報名！

全新一季Phoenix聯賽Phoenix Official League 14將會於2018年1月15日正式開鑼！現正公開接受報名！第14屆Phoenix Official League將會沿用舊有賽制，讓所有玩家吸取更多聯賽經驗！除此之外，所有報名參加Phoneix Official League 14會員均可獲得限定禮品！

報名日期：2017年11月16日至2017年12月14日**

報名時間：逢星期一至六，下午六時至凌晨一時 (星期日及公眾假期休息)

報名地點：Phoenix Stage (尖沙咀厚福街H8 20/F)

報名費用：報名費$1000 + 保證金$1000 + 每張*新卡$100

報名辦法：於報名期內親身前往Phoenix Stage交回已填妥之報名表格及所有報名費用。而退回Phoenix Official League 13保證金的隊伍必須帶同收據前往Phoenix Stage辦理手續。有關詳情請查閱"辦理退回Phoenix Official League 13須知"

*所有沒有參加過Phoenix Official League的選手均需要預備合資格的相片辦理新卡，並繳交$100新卡費用，詳情可參閱聯賽章程 - 報名手冊/註冊費用

**凡於11月30日前報名的隊伍可自動參加特別甄選，嬴取Phoenix贊助全隊隊衫及報名費全數回贈等優惠

Phoenix Official League 14將會分為兩個Division：

1) Carlsberg Phoenix Official League 14

2) Dojo Sport Phoenix Official League 14

注意事項：

1) 所有Phoenix Official League 13以原隊資格參加Phoenix Official League 14的隊伍均會以名次決定升降

2) 符合原隊資格之所有Phoenix Official League 13隊伍及新參加Phoenix Official League 14之隊伍，所有新加最高Rating三名成員的總和不能高於40 (Master 、Challenger 1、Marksman、Gunner 1除外)，原隊資格隊伍內原隊成員不限。

個人Rating：
隊伍可根據以下方法查詢各會員的Rating：(大會將會以Phoenix Official League 13完結後的Rating為準。

1) 登入聯賽網站 (play.phoenixdart.com)

2) 按右上方MY字樣 > 我的等級

3) 查閱League Rating一欄 (紅色外框及箭咀)

4) 如League Rating為 0, 請查閱General Rating一欄 (黃色外框及箭咀)

辦理退回Phoenix Official League 13按金須知：

各隊可於以下時間前往Phoenix Stage，辦理Phoenix Official League 13退回按金手續。

辦理日期：2017年11月29日至2017年12月28日 ( *辦理日期更改為2017年11月29日)

辦理時間：逢星期一至六 下午六時至凌晨一時 (星期日及公眾假期休息)

辦理地點：Phoenix Stage (九龍尖沙咀厚福街 8 號 H8 20樓)

辦理須知：

1. 必須攜同Phoenix Official League 13按金單正本方為有效

2. 如已遺失按金單正本，需收取HKD50行政費及需提供個人身份證明文件作登記並必須為該隊隊員之一

3. Phoenix Official League 14截止報名後，恕不受理所有Phoenix Official League 13按金退回手續
