報名地點：Dart’s Player (澳門風順堂街22 號A 威豐閣地下 ( 慈幼中學 ))
報名辦法：填妥報名表格後，須親身前往Dart’s Player 繳交報名費並呈上所有隊員之正面大頭相片以作上載聯賽卡上頭像相片之用。
報名費用：報名費每隊MOP$500 + 保証金MOP$1000 + (新開聯賽卡每張MOP$110)
