• ·Participating teams must be registered with a PHOENIXDARTS HOME SHOP.
• ·TEAM registration fees for ASIA ONE LEAGUE 2019 will be RM300/team.
• ·HOME SHOP’S will pay for ASIA ONE LEAGUE 2019’s constructor fees which will be RM100/HOMESHOP.
  *The fees per-HOME SHOP will remain at RM100 regardless of the number of participating teams per-HOME SHOP.
• ·THE ORGANISERS reserve the right to re-assign a players rating for the entire POL Season.
• ·Min 5 to 6 team open Block, min 5 to 6 block open Division.
• ·A minimum of FOUR (4) players and maximum of SIX (6) players are required to complete a team’s registration in each division.

• ·Teams must receive a confirmation/permission from their home shop when signing up for the participation with this league.
• ·No substitutions will be allowed during entire competition period when a team has reached the maximum number of permitted players on their team.
• ·All the players who’ve had registered with a team will not be allowed to join any other team or Division throughout the entire league season.

• ·Teams are only allowed to reschedule the match before the actual date and must get the approval from opponent team, the team captain must inform organiser 3 days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) in advance by sending notification via following link http://bit.ly/2FCHvxZ or QR Code.
• ·The team who didn’t complete the game on the same week of the actual date after rescheduling will be penalised with TWO (2) Winning Points.
• ·The team who WALK OVER will be imposed RM100 penalty (pay to the organiser) per incomplete match.
• ·If the requesting team for rescheduling WALK OVER, the team will be imposed RM100 penalty (pay to the organiser) and penalized with TWO (2) Winning Points.

• ·Team captain must submit team line-ups BY 8PM on each league night.
• ·Team line-ups can only be completed on the machine.
• ·Matches should start BY 9PM.
• ·Each player in a team is only allowed to play maximum 4 sets per match day.
• ·Each player in a team is only allowed to play 1 time per MODE per match day.
  * MODE: Gallon, Single, Double Team, Team
• ·Teams reported being late will be penalized TWO (2) points after the first THIRTY (30) Minutes from the complaint received.
• ·Teams who are not able to proceed with the given match after ONE (1) Hour will be forfeited from the night match.
• ·Any player found playing whilst not during their turn or against formation will receive a default LOSS for the participated set.
• ·Team found playing with non-registered player will be REMOVED from the league and all players will be BLACKLISTED indefinitely.
• ·The organiser reserves the right to DISQUALIFY players found with misconduct, or irregular playing activity. The organizer has the right to make the final judgement or decision.

• ·All players are required to dress appropriately;No shorts, singlet’s, shoulder baring clothing, dresses and/or skirts above knee level, sandals & slippers.
• ·A default loss will be applied to ALL SETS played by the player who has been reported to have breached the dress code during match day. Complaint must be attached with any proof when sending to the organiser.
• ·Reports of breach about dress code should be submitted to the organiser immediately after the game, any reports after 24 hours will be ignored. The organiser shall make a judgement within 3 days.
