3.REGISTRATION METHOD
- 1)Participating teams must be registered with a PHOENIXDART HOME SHOP.
- 2)Registration fees for POL 2019 Last Season is RM400/team.
- 3)THE ORGANISER reserves the right to re-assign a player's rating for the entire POL Season.
- 4)Minimum FIVE (5) teams open Block, minimum FOUR (4) blocks open Division.
- 5)Minimum FOUR (4) players and maximum SIX (6) players are required to complete a team's registration in each division.
4.TEAM, PLAYER & SUBSTITUTIONS
- 1)Team must receive a confirmation/permission from their home shop when signing up for the league.
- 2)No substitutions will be allowed during the entire league period when a team has reached the maximum number of permitted players in the team.
- 3)All players who have registered with a team will not be allowed to join any other team or Division throughout the entire league.
- 4)On the match day, all check in players must present and play their game. Otherwise the organiser has the right to forfeit the set.
5.RESCHEDULING / WALK OVER
- 1)Teams are only allowed to reschedule the match SEVEN (7) days before or after the actual match date. The requesting team for rescheduling must get the approval from the opponent team. The requesting team must inform the organiser by sending notification via following link below http://bit.ly/2FCHvxZ or QR Code.
- 2)Minus TWO (-2) set points will be applied to the requesting team and the opponent team will gain ONE (1) set point.
- 3)The team who WALK OVER will be imposed RM100 penalty (pay to the organiser) and will gain ZERO (0) point. The opponent team will gain FOUR (4) set points and THREE (3) winning points.

7.MATCH RULES
- ※HOME & AWAY & ONLINE MATCH RULES
- 1)Each block may consist of HOME & AWAY and/or ONLINE games. If the opponent home shop is over 15KM away, the organiser has the right to make a decision for setting ONLINE or HOME & AWAY.
- 2)Team must ensure both machines' cameras are in WORKING CONDITION. DO NOT START the match with malfunction machines' camera.
- 3)If any team finds out the malfunction of the opponent team's camera, STOP THE GAME AFTER THE SET and contact the organiser immediately.
- 4)Team captain MUST ENSURE the network of home shop is in good condition.
- 5)In the match of network FAULTY or INTERRUPTION, both teams are required to RESTART the machine, RE-SIGN INTO THE MATCH and SELECT THE LAST PLAYED SET to resume the game.
- 6)The organiser will advise team to change home shop if there is any repeated BAD NETWORK. If network issue occurs for THIRD times, the organiser reserves the right to DISQUALIFY the team and all previous played matches will be forfeited.
- 7)Home & Away: Darts throw will be according to the landing point. Online: Dart throw will be according to the sensor.
8.LEAGUE RULES
- 1)All players MUST capture their face photo during the FIRST match day by PHOENIXDARTS machines' camera. The organiser has the right to forfeit the set played by the player with BAD photo.
- 2)Team captain must submit team line-ups BEFORE 9PM on the match day.
- 3)Team line-ups can only be completed on the PHOENIXDARTS machine.
- 4)Matches should start BY 9PM.
- 5)Each player in a team is only allowed to play maximum FOUR (4) SETS on the match day.
- 6)Each player in a team is only allowed to play ONE (1) time per MODE on the match day.
*MODE: GALLON, TRIOS, Double, Single - 7)Team reported being late will be penalized TWO (2) points after the first THIRTY (30) Minutes from the complaint received.
- 8)Team who are not able to proceed the match after ONE (1) Hour will be forfeited from the match.
- 9)Any player found playing during other players' turn or against formation will receive a default LOSS for the participated set.
- 10)Team found playing with non-registered player will be REMOVED from the league and will be BLACKLISTED indefinitely.
- 11)The organiser reserves the right to DISQUALIFY players found with misconduct, or irregular playing activity. The organizer has the right to make the final judgement or decision.
9.DRESS CODE
- 1)All players are required to dress appropriately; No shorts, singlet’s, shoulder baring clothing, dresses and/or skirts above knee level, sandals & slippers!!!
- 2)A default loss will be applied to ALL SETS for the player who has been reported for the breach of the dress code during match day. All complaint must be attached with any proof when sending to the organiser.
- 3)Reports of the breach of the dress code should be submitted to the organiser immediately after the game, any reports after 24 hours will be ignored. The organiser shall make a judgement within 3 days.
