Virtual League (VL) introduction, VL Game Day, Qualifying Information
1. What’s Virtual League
- •A Team Competition where the game is made to play for a certain period of time. Flexible playing time and schedule, as there is no specific shop that is must be played at.
- •Team members can play ANWHERE (any Phoenixdart’s shop) and at ANYTIME within the match period according to their preference.
- •Point scoring will be awarded according to each team member’s performance on the games played. Each member is valuable in obtaining scores.
2. How to Join Virtual League
- •Virtual League is only join-able by teams that are registered in 2024 P.O.L Season 2.
- •No additional registration fee required to participate in Virtual League.
- •Teams will follow their 2024 P.O.L Season 2 line-up when participating in Virtual League.
3. League Date
- •League Period: 2nd Sep 2024 - 14th Dec 2024
4. Game Information & Schedule
- •Consists of 3 rounds. (Preliminary Round, Qualifying Round & Grand Final)
- •Preliminary Round
- •Duration 5 Weeks,
- •6 Teams in each Group
- •Min 5 Games, Max 10 Games per player
- •Team must have 100% Attendance to advance to Qualifying Round
(Example: Individual Players need to complete Min 25 Games in Preliminary Round)
- •Qualifying Round
- •Duration 3 Weeks,
- •4 Teams in each Group
- •Min 5 Games, Max 12 Games per player
- •Top 2 Teams with the highest points in each group will qualify to Grand Final
*Wild Cards may be given out in order to balance the Groups exactly to 4 Teams
- •Grand Final
- •Teams that qualified will play in knockout format to determine the winners
- •Auto-Handicap Applied
- •Game Format for Knockout will be announced later

- •Rewarded to PLAYER only.
- •Only applicable in Preliminary Round.

- •Each Division game Mode is 501.
- •Minimum 5 games to calculate score for each match, Maximum 10 games playable per match for each player.
- •Division 1 to Division 4 format is Open In / Master Out.
- •Division 5 format is Open In / Open Out.

3. Scoring & Points
- •Player’s rank will be calculated based on the average of TOP FIVE(5) games played during the Round.
- •A player can play Maximum Ten(10) games, only Top Five(5) games will be calculated.
- •Division 1 & 5: Only Top 2 players in a team will be given points in the Ranking Board for each Round.
- •Division 2,3 & 4: Only Top 3 players in a team will be given points in the Ranking Board for each Round.
- •Points will be added based on their ranking after the weekly game period ends.

VL Rules & Regulations etc. Dress Code, Dart Thrown & Scoring
1. Virtual League games
- •Games can be played at anytime and anywhere within the match period.
2. Individual Photo Snap
- •All players MUST capture their face photo during the FIRST game played or sign in by PHOENIXDARTS machines' camera. The organiser has the right to forfeit the games played by the player with BAD photo.
- •Team found playing with non-registered player may be DISQUALIFIED from the league and may be BANNED from participating in upcoming league.
3. Dart Thrown & Scoring
- •Dart throw & scoring for Virtual League Games will be determined by the MACHINE SENSOR.
- •Throw must be considered as a MISS if it is NOT DETECTED by the machine sensor. (No re-throws allowed).
- • If you’ve thrown your darts, landed on dartboard but machine sensor did not count it. You must skip by pressing the red button then only allowed to remove the darts.
- •Players are NOT ALLOWED to pick-up their darts from the board before their turn ends. Doing so will result in a foul for the game.
- •Players are NOT ALLOWED to press the board with their fingers if the throw is not detected by the machine sensor.
- •Players are NOT ALLOWED to cross the THROWLINE during their turn or before completing their throw. (Judgement by Organiser via video recording)
- •Players are advised to only cross the throwline after throwing three darts.
4. Player & Board Camera
- • Players must ensure machines' cameras are in WORKING CONDITION. Do not start the next game if machines camera malfunction.
- •Any games played with a malfunction or faulty camera will be forfeited.
5. Dress Code
- •No dress code for Virtual League games.
6. Terms and Condition
- •By Registering for 2024 Virtual League Season 2, players agree towards the Rules, Regulation including the Terms & Condition for the whole league.
- •The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to League’s Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Participants agree to be bound to any such changes. The Organiser's decision shall be final and binding.
