[Phoenix Card] No Transfer option when trying to copy old card to new

I have a new card because my old will no longer scan. I never played a
game with new card. When I selected Copy then added new card info it
keeps saying something about the registering. There is NO Transfer option
after clicking copy..
Please transfer my data from old card to new so I can use then new to scan
on the machines..

OLD CARD NUMBER > 0125153612820389 (all data copy to new card)

New Card NUMBER > 0193303601573671 (Want all data copied to this
card Please)

** FYI your instructions on how to do this are very confusing and not very clear, you may want to re-write the instructions...
