[Using Phoenixdart] Can’t log in the app

When I try to log into the Phoenix Darts app it tells me login failed. I can use the same exact credentials on the website and it lets me log in. I just want to be able to use the app. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it and still the same thing. Event after the update.
